Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix cornmeal, flour, baking soda, and SPG in a bowl and set aside.
- 2
Remove skin from fillet and cut into 1x1 cubes. Season with all dry seasonings.
- 3
Heat oil to 375. Place salmon in the flour, baking powder, and cornmeal mixture. Coat and set on a rack for five minutes.
- 4
Fry each piece until golden brown.
- 5
Heat butter, garlic, sriracha, and honey into a sauce pan.
- 6
Keep stirring until everything is incorporated. Let simmer.
- 7
Coat the salmon with the sauce in a tossing bowl. Use just enough sauce to cover the top of the fish. You don't want to drown the food because it will lose it's crispness.
- 8
Once complete, plate up and enjoy!

Sweet and Spicy Salmon Bites Sweet and Spicy Salmon Bites
This sweet and slightly spicy salmon dish is a go-to weeknight dish. It’s quick, easy, and packed with bold flavor. The sweet and slightly spicy glaze gives just the right amount of heat and sweetness. Serve it with rice or my favorite style, with pearled couscous. Miriam Hershman -

Teriyaki Salmon Bites Teriyaki Salmon Bites
Making your own teriyaki is well worth the effort. It has a sweet and salty balance that is hard to get in a bottle. But if you'd like you could cut some time out and buy your favorite bottled sauce. I like to serve this with some simple white rice and cruciferous vegetables that are cooked along side the salmon for simple clean up. Lance Wilson -

Honey glazed salmon Honey glazed salmon
Bought wild sockeye salmon from trader Joe's (honestly not the best quality, but acceptable) and want to give "honey glazed salmon" a try. So I googled and read several recipes to get some ideas and came up my own version. Trader Joe's only has skin-on fresh salmon so this recipe is for skin-on version and I have some hard time to remove the skin myself. If you have skinless salmon, then cook both sides for 3 minutes instead. Anna Pun -
Honey & Mustard glazed Salmon Honey & Mustard glazed Salmon
Salmon, what can I possibly say about this besides that it is so healthy to eat. Packed with Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, healthy healthy healthy! My husband and I are really not big on eating fish, but he does enjoy eating fried or baked Sardines once in a while, and he is sipping a glass of Ouzo. Me, nope I don’t eat fried fish, and definitely not a Ouzo person, 😉 I stick to the Salmon, Shrimps, Tuna, Calamari, thinking if I left something out that I do eat. Nope, that’s about it. 🙂This is a great recipe if you love Salmon so easy and so delicious. Just add this tasty sauce and bake…great for quick lunch or dinner. You can also use this recipe in a lovely green salad. Let the Salmon cool completely then just separate into small pieces add into your salad and a bit of Olive Oil and it is ready to eat.I love salads and one thing I always do even if I am adding a Salad dressing, I always add a bit of Olive Oil into my salads. Hot Honey Glazed Salmon Hot Honey Glazed Salmon
Living in an area with scarce options for wild-caught fish, I recently subscribed to a wild fish service to bring some variety to my table. I usually prepare fish very simply with just salt and the oven, however I was getting bored of the flavor and wanted to spice things up. This recipe quickly became a staple in our household because it comes together in 20 minutes and is packed with flavor. lilis.home
