  • 1green pepper
  • 2celery stalks
  • 2yellow onion
  • 1 tblsCajun seasoning
  • Hot sauce
  • 3 1/2 c.Water
  • 2 c.Rice

Steps

1:30 hrs.
  1. 1

    Brown all meat and put aside

    Sauté onion, green pepper and celery

    Add 2 tbls chicken or beef base and Cajun seasoning

    Add 3 1/2 c. Water and hot sauce

    Add meat and rice

    Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 min. Let stand 5 min before taking lid off. Enjoy.
