Ingredients

  1. 8 piecesbuttermilk bisquit dough
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1red onion
  4. 10 oztomato sauce
  5. 1 tbspchipotle sauce
  6. 1 tbspdiced jalapeño
  7. to tasteMexican shredded cheese
  8. as neededAvocado oil spray
  9. to tastegarlic salt
  10. to tastepepper
  11. to tastechili powder
  12. to tastecumin

  1. 1

    Brown meat with red onion season

  2. 2

    Once browned add tomato sauce, chipotle sauce heat through then remove from stove.

  3. 3

    Turn air fryer on to 400 degrees

  4. 4

    Rollout biscuits to twice the size use cookie scoop put in the middle of dough, fold over and crimp with a fork. ( i dipped fork in water then used fork to krimp edges. Place on air fryer basket

  5. 5

    Use egg wash or apply oil on top of dough place in airfryer cook for 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of dough

  6. 6

    Garnish with cilantro. I made a Greek yogurt dip with herdez avocado sauce to dip in

  7. 7

    Ate with Mexican style rice..
