Fluffy Milk Bread Fluffy Milk Bread
I wanted to make really fluffy bread! And with this bread, my dream came true.I wanted the bread to have a slight golden color on the tops, so I covered them with a sheet of aluminum foil after 10 minutes of baking time. But if you want to bake white bread, dust the tops with bread flour, bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 7 minutes. In the summertime, preheat the oven to 180°C, lower the temperature to 140°C, and bake for 15 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if needed). Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread
I created this recipe because I wanted to make very light and chewy bread.I think this bread is softer than baby's bum! This recipe is too easy so there are no special tips, but please handle the bread gently since freshly baked ones are very tender. If you are eating these the day after they're baked, microwave them and they'll become light and fluffy again! Mildly Sweet and Fluffy Milk Bread Bread Machine Version Mildly Sweet and Fluffy Milk Bread Bread Machine Version
I wanted to make bread for my son with lots of his favorite milk, and so this milk bread recipe was born.Bread machine used: Panasonic (1 loaf type). I selected the 'bread dough' setting. The unsalted butter should be at room temperature.I used a SHARP oven for the rising of the dough.Usually white sugar is used for making bread, but I used soft brown sugar. You can use whichever you like. Recipe by Banyangarden cookpad.japan -
Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread
I made this milk-enriched white bread using my super easy bread recipe that does't require any kneading or pounding.Take care to avoid the plastic wrap touching the dough after its final rising, since its surface will be rough as in the photo!!To make a nice slice, make a small cut with a bread knife, then use a thin knife to slice. You could also use regular cake liners instead of pound cake liners. Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread
I wanted to try making something with rice flour. This milky hearth bread is easy to make with the bread maker and doesn't require a first rising. This milky hearth bread looks cute when sliced from the notches cut into the top. If you don't have a bread knife to cut the notches, you can use a double-edged razor that can usually be found at hardware stores to cleanly slice through. Notch the center first and then slice 2 slits on either side. Recipe by Keichannopatoka- cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine) Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine)
I wanted to make the milk-flavored bread that I ate often when I was a child. After trial and error, I succeeded with this regular milk sandwich bread. This sandwich bread stays forever fluffy. This goes well with about anything so try making different variations. When making the chocolate version or the low fat version, be sure to adjust the amount of sugar and butter used.I now always use about 15 g transfat-free shortening, along with soy milk and butter.Microwave gently to make it fluffy again. Soft and Fluffy Rich Shokupan (Square Bread Loaf) With Cream Soft and Fluffy Rich Shokupan (Square Bread Loaf) With Cream
After a lot of trial and error in the pursuit of fluffy soft bread, this is the recipe I'm finally satisfied with!I used a 9 x 9.5 x 19.5cm bread pan with a lid (a Pullman bread pan).If you have a square bread pan, don't divide the dough into two pieces; just handle it as one piece of dough, and follow the steps in the recipe. It's also delicious with milk used instead of water.
