Ingredients

  2. 7 ouncesfrozen minestrone (about 200 grams)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/2 cupmilk (about 100 ml)
  5. 1/3 cupsunflower oil (about 80 ml)
  6. Instant yeast for savory dishes
  7. 3 1/2 ouncesgrated Parmesan cheese (about 100 grams)
  8. Salt, to taste
  9. Black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the minestrone into a tall container, add hot water and a pinch of salt, and let it sit until the minestrone ingredients are just soft.
