Steps

Firstly wash & grate lauki drain all the water well. Further take a wok add Lauki sauté for 2 minutes until raw smell disappears next add milk & let it turn soft.after that add ghee, sugar,milk powder,cardamom powder,coconut powder,green food color mix until fully combined.

Further keep stirring and cook until ghee separates then off the flame and pop it in a greased container immediately spread it with a spatula and garnish with strands of saffron & cashews.let it rest for around 30 minutes meanwhile after 15 minutes add marks for pieces.

Our deliciously awesome Lauki ki methai is ready to relish..!
Can be stored for about a 3-5 days in an air tight container..!
