Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Marinate the salmon fillets with salt and pepper for 10mins.

Place the marinated salmon fillets skin side down on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.

Squeeze half of the lemon and sprinkle some thyme over the top of salmon fillets.

Bake in the oven for 12-15mins depending on the thickness.

Decorate the cooked salmon with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with some parsley.

Serve warm.
