Marinate salmon for 30 minutes in advance by adding 1 Tbsp of Tsuyu and 1/2 Tbsp of Cooking wine.

Put soaked rice in a pot.

Add kelp stock, 1 Tbsp of Tsuyu, 1/2 Tbsp of Cooking wine.

When the water starts to boil, lower the heat to medium low for 5 minutes and lower the heat for 8 minutes.
