  • 2ginger jiuce
  • Halftsp salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash properly the chicken and cut into halves.Drain and pat dry and rub with salt all over anf pour the ginger juice.Boil water in the steamer and put in the chicken and steam for 20-25 mins.Let it cool before chop.
