Ingredients

  • 2Cucumbers (about 200g)
  • 20-30 mlsoy sauce
  • Shichimi (Japanese spicy condiment)
  • Sesami oil (as you like)
  • Sesami seed (as you like)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cucumber into bar rectangles and put in a container.
    Soak cucumber into shichimi and soy sauce.

    Put a weight on it keep around 2 to 4hours.

    Drizzle sesami oil and sprinkle sesami seeds when eating.
