I love this Chinese green vegetables/ Saag called Ji Mao Cai / Chicken Feather Greens, as it's leaves are somewhat like chicken feather, its of Chinese origin but here in Bahrain it is called Local Bok/ Pok Choi, it's somewhat like Mustard and Rai / Lai / Rayo Saag/ Saak. I make it with garlic and soy sauce and it's yum with rice.

Heat oil in a wok, add in the whole dry Chilli and chopped garlic. Once the garlic starts browning,add in the greens, soya sauce and chillies (optional) and mix and let the greens / Saag cook, you can cover and cook or cook in open wok...

As it releases water and the water evaporates the greens/ saag with get cooked. Check salt if needed add it, as the soya sauce is salty too, I add it afterwards. Once cooked serve hot with steamed rice.
