Mild Tasting Cinderella's Pumpkin Soup

My daughter told me she wanted to eat Cinderella's soup, so I made this. Seems like she got the idea from a nursery rhyme show. I put in lots of vegetables, some which my daughter likes and some she dislikes.
The soup is seasoned lightly bcause it was for children. If it is for adults, I think it will be good to increase the amount of soup stock granules or make it creamy with 200ml milk and 200ml heavy cream. Recipe by Sonchousan
