Ingredients

5fresh scallop slice into thin
Sprinkle of white pepper
5egg whites
Pinchsalt
Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

Crack egg and separate the egg white.Beat it and add pinch of salt and white pepper.

Blanch slices of scallop drain and mix it with egg white.
3

Heat pan then add cooking oil.When its already hot pour the mixture.Mix it then remove.Egg white cooks very fast.When its floppy and foomy its done.
