Prepare the ingredients, grind the spices into a paste except for the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf, which should just be bruised

Fry the tofu, sauté the spice paste until fragrant, add the dried shrimp, and then add the snake gourd

Cook until the snake gourd is done, then add the tofu and mix well, add the coconut milk, don't use too much broth, and when serving, sprinkle a little fried shallots on top
