Soak Chana daal in water for half an hour, then take a pressure cooker add the chicken, daal, half onion, garlic buds, ginger paste, 6,7 green chillies 2 Tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 n half Tsp salt,water close & cook it on high flame for 15-20 mints.

After open the pressure cooker mash it with spoon & dry the water 80 %
Do not dry it completely bcz it will b hard after cool down. - 3
Let it cool down,remove the bones carefully. Now add n mix well all the remaining spices and veg ingredients after chop. Make kababs with a tikki maker same size n same shape. Dip in beaten egg fry & enjoy👍 it can n b store in air tight container for 1 month after freezing.
