Sticky rice prepared with coconut milk and Kaffir lime is a delicious and popular recipe of Thailand. I added a little black pepper powder and it it enhanced the taste. When I had first time this dish, I enjoyed and felt as if eating thickened rice kheer. It's really delicious and gluten free.

Wash rice and soak in water overnight. Steam the sticky rice until soft or tender.

Lightly heat coconut milk, mix salt and sugar. Add the soft cooked brown rice to coconut milk.

Stir lightly for 20 minutes to blend the flavour. Add black pepper powder and coat well.

Serve hot brown sticky rice with ripe mango. I used Dusherri sweet mangoes.
