Monster steak and shrimp burritos

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbscarne picada meat
  2. 1 lbraw shrimp deveined and tails off
  3. 2 packsuncle Ben's Spanish ready rice
  4. Sour cream
  5. Guacamole (see my recipe)
  6. Pico de Gallo (see my recipe)
  7. 2 packetssazon
  8. Juice of 4 limes
  9. 1 teaspoonadobo
  10. 1-6 packxl burrito sized flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil. Add in shrimp and steak meat, lime juice, sazon and adobo and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Heat rice as directed.

  3. 3

    Assemble those big burritos ! And place in a large skillet to get each side golden brown and crispy! Enjoy!
