A simple pakoras recipe prepared with the goodness of kale.
They are so crunchy and tasty.
Perfect for a rainy evening with a cup of garam chai.
I have not added any chilli powder, but you are free to do so.

Steps

Mix together kale, spring onions, coriander leaves along with salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside for just 5 minutes.

Add chickpea flour, ajwain seeds and mix together.
You will feel the batter to be a bit dry.
But do not get tempted to add any water.
Just keep squeezing and mixing the batter. - 3
Heat the oil and fry them on high heat first and then on medium to low till nice brown and crispy.

Enjoy hot kale fritters with your favorite sauce or a cup of chai.
