Steps

Roast all mandi dry ingredients in a pan on low flame.grind it. Mandi masala is ready.

Marinate chicken with mandi masala,all dry ingredients,lemon juice and sirka.ginger garlic paste for an hour.

Add lemon juice

Meanwhile prepare rice.fry onion add ginger garlic paste salt zeera mircheien.just fry for a second.add chicken cube.fry for a minute.then add kihsmish and kajju.for for a minute.then add water

When water is boiling add rice.when rice is ready.you can add yellow food colour.its optional.

You have an option to cook chicken or steam or bake it.I cooked the chicken on medium flame.

When chicken is soft and ready to eat.then add it in rice

Add coal in a pan

Cover the lid.and pour some oil on a a heated coal.and put the rice on dam for 15 mins.

Enjoy it with green raita and white garlic sauce

You can enjoy it with saudain famous raita dukka with it.

Toast all dry ingredients and grind all.add turmeric as per your taste.add a table spoon in a yogurt.enjoy
