Ingredients

  • 1/2Papaya
  • 20 gramsCream cheese
  • 1 tspHoney
  • 1/8Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Peel the skin, cut into bite-sized pieces, and transfer to a plate.

  2. 2

    Top with cream cheese.

  3. 3

    Top with honey. (If the papaya is sweet, omit the honey.)

  4. 4

    Squeeze the lemon on top (optional).
