  • 1 tspVindaloo powder
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 2 tspTandoori
  • 3 lbLamb
  • 2 cupYogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut lamb into pieces and marinate with yogurt -- let stand for 30 mins at least

    Sauté cumin in olive oil on low

  3. 3

    Add diced onions -- cook on medium
