Ingredients

  • As required Peanut,
  • 1nariyal,
  • to tastesalt
  • to taste imli, adrak
  • 2Green chilies,
  • 1 tsp sabut jeera
  • 1 tsp mustard seed,
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 4-5 Few curry patra,
  • 1 dry red chilli,
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal

  1. 1

    Roast the peanuts, cut coconut into small pieces, add one piece of adrak and ingredients and grind them to a thick paste, not so runny paste

    For a tempting tadka, add 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal when it crackles add curry patta and dry red chilli. When the tadka is ready pour it to the chutney

  3. 3

    Serve it with any south Indian dish
