Soak dates and tamarind in water overnight with 1 cup of water.

Mix and mash tamarind and dates.

Now transfer the dates and tamarind mixture to the mixture and blend smooth puree.

Further strain the puree

Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Transfer chutney into airtight container jar and store in the refrigerator.

Finally, use the prepared tamarind date chutney with kachori, bhel or pani puri.
