Fruit Custard 🍑🍎🥭
In my family all the males are fond of custard.. Even if we try different desserts, they are happy with their custard.. So on Eid I made custard with some fruits, cream and jelly.. I kept it little hard, so that the fruits won’t lay down the custard but still, if you don’t chill it well before adding the fruits, it will become all liquidy..
You can use any fruits, but I recommend using hard fruits, to keep the custard thick.. Also I used mango flavored custard, you can use any flavour you like..

In a big wok or sauce pan, bring milk to boil and add sugar in it. Meanwhile mix about 1 glass cold milk with custard powder and keep aside.

When milk comes to boil, after 5 mins add the custard mixture slowly while whisking the milk.

Keep whisking slowly till the custard is thick. Turn iff the flame and allow it to cool completely. When cooled, add the cream in it and mix well.

Now keep in the fridge to cool completely, meanwhile cut the fruits and prepare the jellies.

Now cut the jellies in cubes and add the fruits in the custard and decorate with cream.

Top with jellies, chill again till serving time and enjoy.
