Ingredients

Marinade for Chicken
400 gminced chicken
1 tbspmirin
1 tbspChinese cooking wine or sake
1 tspsoy sauce/shoyu
1 tsptoasted sesame oil
White pepper
Pumpkin

Steps

Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken mince. Marinade for at least 30 mins.

Chop pumpkin into cubes and microwave on medium (700W) for 4 mins.

Add in minced chicken and microwave for a further 4 mins on medium.

Serve with toasted Nori and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
