  • 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup (100 gm)Jaggery
  • 1 tbspFennel seeds
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 3 tbspOil

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt jaggery in a pan on low flame.

    Take flour in a big bowl and put fennel seeds and salt.

    Add melted jaggery and mix well.

    Whisk with a wired whisker to make a smooth batter.

    Heat oil in a wok and pour a ladle full batter in oil.

    Fry from both sides till golden brown.
