Wash lemons and pressure cook it, get just one whistle, take out and let them cool down, chop into pieces discarding the seeds, keep aside 1tsp of lemon juice which you get while chopping the lemons.

In a pan heat sugar and 1tsp lemon juice, cook the sugar until it forms bubbles, it indicates the formation of two strands thickness of sugar, then add salt and chili powder, saute it for 1minute, turn off the flame, add lemon juice which we kept aside, mix nicely for 2-3 minutes

Cool and store in the glass jar..keep it in the refrigerator for further use...!!
