  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 5green cardamom pods

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the cardamom pods and remove the seeds, then crush them well.

  2. 2

    In a blender jar, add 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of water, sugar, and the crushed cardamom.

  3. 3

    Blend in the mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Our sweet cardamom lassi is ready.
