Heat oil in a pan put mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek seeds,hing, chana dal, and stir few seconds till they crackle.

Add garlic, green chili, and fry for a few seconds. Add the turai peels and add a little salt.mix.cover and cook for a few minutes till soft and cooked
cool. - 3
Put in a grinder add salt little water, tamarind paste, and coriander chopped.Grind.Now temper the chutney.

Heat oil put mustard seeds, chana dal,hing, and curry leaves. Allow to crackle. pour the tempering on the chutney. Ready to Serve.
