Quinoa Upma
Steps

Wash the quinoa and keep aside. Take a pan heat the oil once heated add cumin mustard seeds and urad daal

Once crackle add curry leaves and chopped onions sauté for few seconds also add grated ginger

Add all chopped veggies and sauté for few seconds

Now add 2 cups of water and boil for few seconds. Now add the washed quinoa as well as salt and cook until all water is observed and the quinoa is cooked

Your healthy quinoa upma is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
