  • 500 gmsrice
  • 2thumbs ginger
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1large onion
  • 7medium potatoes
  • Cooking oil (generous)
  • 800 mlwater
  • 1 teaspoonpilau masala

    Heat oil in a sufuria, add onions,ginger and garlic. Cook till browned. Add pilau masala.

  2. 2

    Add in potatoes, cook for five minutes then add rice and water. Reduce heat to low and let simmer till rice is fluffy. Turn off heat and allow ten minutes to settle then serve. Enjoy ☺️
