Steps

Slice all the vegetables in strips.
lightly fry/Sautee vegetables in medium heat for a minute.
Now add ketchup like half a cup depending on number of sausages.
Add garlic - 2
Then add sausages either full or cut in half.
Add a teaspoon of vinegar.
Mix everything up in high heat and it's ready to be served. - 3
I.e. whole cooking process ideally should not be more than 5minutes so the veggies remain crunchy.
Goes well with rice, fries,potato wedges and even mashed potatoes
