As my mom was a working woman those days so she used to serve us delicious, healthy & quick meals. This was the most chosen meal for my tiffin box as I loved this so much that my tiffin would never return empty if I find this in my box. I still love this sandwich in my breakfast meal alhamdulillah it’s healthy & tasty at the same time …!

4 tablespoonsmilk
2 tablespoonswater
2 tablespoonscoriander leaves
4 slicesmilk bread
2 tablespoonsoil or butter to shallow fry

Simply crack 2 eggs in a bowl whisk it well & add all spices, water, milk in the above-mentioned quantities again whisk until fully combined. further, set a griddle on the stovetop burner set it on medium flame add butter/oil add half omelet batter spread it then add 2 slices of bread in few seconds flip sides then fold completely.

Cook until golden on both sides our deliciously awesome omelet sandwich is ready to relish…!
