First, clean the chicken thoroughly and marinate it with turmeric and lemon juice. Let it sit for 1 hour.

Next, prepare the spice paste. Mix turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt together. Add a little water to make a paste in a bowl. Make a paste of the onion and garlic as well.

Heat a pan and add mustard oil. Add the onion and garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and mix well. Add the spice paste (turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder) to the pan and mix with the chicken. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add the chicken masala and mix well. Your fried chicken is ready.
