A healthy tasty breakfast idea where rava are cooked with nuts and curry leaves.
Steps

Pour oil in pan. Temper with curry leaves. Put peanuts next. Keep frying in medium flame till peanuts becomes crisp. Take them out.

Put potato cubes next. Lower the flame and fry them golden.

Add rava once potatoes soften. Fry rava for 3-5 minutes in low flame.

Add pinch of turmeric powder, 1/2 Tsp sugar and salt to taste.

Mix everything. Add water and cover with a lid. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

Remove lid. Toss gently. Drizzle dollops of ghee and put off flame. Spread the nuts from top.
Serve hot.
