One of the authentic recipe of Chapli kabab..
Steps

Chopperize mince with ginger garlic and Chapli kabab masala (just give a quick mix)

Now add Makai atta, mix well and rest for 1 hour in refrigerator..

Chopped onion, tomato, coriander, mint and green chilli..

Add into mince along with raw egg, scrambled egg and lemon juice.

Wet your hand with water.. Make flat kabab with pulm..

Fry on tawa.. each side for 3,4 min on medium flame

Enjoy with chilli garlic and green chutney..
