Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3Egg yolks (medium or large size)
  2. 30 grSugar
  3. 1/2 tspVanilla or vanilla beans essence
  4. 100 mlMilk
  5. 200 mlWhipped cream

Cooking Instructions

    First put the egg yolk + sugar + vanilla seeds or vanilla oil
    in a large bowl, mix and stir well.

    Put milk + whipped cream in a pot and heat it over low heat until the temperature is about 46 degrees.

    Then pour it into the egg yolk mixture. Mix and stir well.

    Sift the egg yolk mixture and pour it into the pudding cup.

    Put hot water on the baking tray.
    Preheat the oven to 150°C.
    Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.

    After letting cool, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

    Sprinkle sugar evenly on the surface.
    Then use a fire spray gun to heat the sugar to a caramel color.
