6-7medium sized potatoes
5medium sized onion
Curry leaves
1 tspsalt
1 tspchat masala
1 tbspimli leaves
4lemons squeezed

Chop the onion and add dry masalas and green leaves too..add the lemon juice.

On the other hand boil the potatoes and mash them evenly..

Now mix both the things together.. And make kabab out og the batter.

Shallow fry them in a pan.. And it's ready. 😊
