Atta Puri (with Hung curd water)

I love Puris, sometimes I make it with Whole Wheat flour and sometimes with All-purpose Flour ( maida) in the Bengali style called Luchi ( I will share the link below). When I have Hung curd water or whey water left I use it to knead the dough especially for the WWF Puri .

Steps
- 1
First mix in the flour and salt and then add the ghee and mix it again till it becomes sandy type, then add the Hungcurd water and knead, add water as needed after this. Keep it for rest for at least 20 to 30 minutes...
- 2
Then roll and fry your puris in hot oil (but don't overheat the oil, adjust flame accordingly). Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Don't use dry flour to roll instead use oil.
With the same dough I prepared 8 Louki ke Kachori.
