Mix the milk, egg, and almond butter in a bowl until well combined.

Add the pancake mix and stir until smooth.

Add the shredded carrot and salmon floss, and mix well.

Pour the batter into a container, filling it 1/3 full, then add the salmon floss.

Fill the container until it's 80% full, then place it in an air fryer preheated to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 18 minutes.
