Ingredients

8-9 servings
  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 cupyoghurt
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  6. 1tbsp chilli sauce
  7. 1/2 cupMethi leaves
  8. 1onion
  9. 1capsicum
  10. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 4tbsp almond paste
  12. 2green chillies chopped
  13. 1/2 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspsoya sauce
  15. 1tbsp coriander powder
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  17. 1 tspblack pepper salt
  18. 1 tspcumin powder
  19. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with chilli sauce, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and yoghurt.

    In a heating wok add oil and onion.fry until light pink then add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins.

    Now add marinated chicken and 1 cup water.cover and cook on high flame for 5 minutes then lower flame and cook for 15 minutes.add almond paste and mix well.

    In a separate pan add oil and methi leaves.add vegetables and fry for few mins.

    Add this in chicken gravy.mix well.

    Sprinkle garam masala powder and decorate as you like.serve hot with naan.
