Aloo kabab with Maggi Masala

1. firstly, in a large bowl take 3 potato, ½ onion, 1 chilli and ½ tbsp ginger paste.
also add ½ tbsp amchur, ½ tbsp chaat masala, ½ tbsp pepper powder, ¼ tbsp turmeric, ½ tbsp garam masala, ½ tbsp cumin powder and ¼ tbsp chilli powder and magic masala too. - 2

6. now prepare the slurry by taking 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tbsp pepper powder and ½ tbsp salt.

7. add ½ cup water and prepare a lumpkabab free

8. further pinca small ball sized aloo mixture and give a diamond shape or shape of your choice.

Fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.

12. flip over and fry on both sides until it turns golden brown

13. drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
