Ingredients

  • 3potato/aloo (boiled & mashed)
  • 1/2onion (finely chopped)
  • 1Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tbspamchur
  • 1/2tchaatbsp masala
  • 1/2 tbspepper powder
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tbspcoriander (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 tbspsalt
  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 2 tbspmaida / plain flour
  • 2 tbspmaida / plain flour
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cuppanko bread crumbs (for coating)
  • as needed Special ingredient is our Maggi Magic masala

Steps

    1. firstly, in a large bowl take 3 potato, ½ onion, 1 chilli and ½ tbsp ginger paste.
    also add ½ tbsp amchur, ½ tbsp chaat masala, ½ tbsp pepper powder, ¼ tbsp turmeric, ½ tbsp garam masala, ½ tbsp cumin powder and ¼ tbsp chilli powder and magic masala too.

    Further add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriandesalt.are nadp

    3. now add ¼ cup bread crumbs and mix well.5. make sure a soft dough is formed.

    4. mix well making sure all the spices are well combined

    5. make sure a soft dough is formed. add more bread crumbs or cornflour if the mixture is

    6. now prepare the slurry by taking 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tbsp pepper powder and ½ tbsp salt.

    7. add ½ cup water and prepare a lumpkabab free

    8. further pinca small ball sized aloo mixture and give a diamond shape or shape of your choice.

    Fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.

    12. flip over and fry on both sides until it turns golden brown

  11. 11

    13. drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

    14. finally, enjoy aloo kabab recipe with tomato sauce or green chutney
