Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupwalnut
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 3 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    First coarsely Chop the walnuts. In a pan heat 2 tsp ghee. Add walnut powder. Saute till it becomes light brown.

    Then add milk. Saute by constant stirring for 5 to 10 minutes or till the milk is absorbed. After that add sugar. Saute till the sugar is absorbed

    . Finally add cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee. Served hot.
