Ingredients

  1. For Papaya Burfi
  2. 500 gmRipe Papaya
  3. 50 gmkhoya
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1/4 cupmilk made
  6. 2 tbsp.Milk powder
  7. For Fox nut Burfi
  8. 1/2 cupFoxnut powder (Makhana)
  9. 1/2Milk powder
  10. 1/2 cupmilk
  11. 1/4 cupDesicated Coconut
  12. 50gm. Khoya
  13. 2 tbsp.Ghee
  14. For Spinach Burfi
  15. 2 tbsp.Ghee
  16. 10-12Spinach Leaves
  17. 1/4 cupMint leaves
  18. 1/2 cupFoxnut powder (Makhana)
  19. 1/4 cupmilk made
  20. 50 gmKhoya
  21. 2 tbsp.Milk powder
  22. For Spinach Burfi
  23. as required Fresh mint leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Papaya Burfi:-
    Take papaya pulp in a pan add khoya milk made milk powder stir cont. Lastly add ghee mix properly.Till looks dry. Turn off flame and transfer in a plate.

    For Foxnut Burfi :-
    Roast Makha and grind to make powder.
    Heat a ghee in a pan saute foxnut powder desicated coconut add milk powder khoya milk and milk made mix properly. Stir till ghee release. Transfer in another plate.

    Spinach Burfi:-
    Blanch Spinach. Take spinach mint leaves in a mixie jar. And make a puree.
    Heat ghee in a pan add puree khoya milk powder fox nut powder stir cont. Lastly add condensed milk. Stir cont.till looks dry. And take in a plate.

    Now knead all 3mixture and make like a soft dough.
    Now take rose mould press orange layer.Arrange Foxnut layer on orange layer and Spinach layer on Top. Gently press and demould. Tri colour Burfi is ready.
    Make a flag with all 3 burfi.
    Make a balls with rest of mixture and arrange in a plate. Garnish with mint leaves.

    Delicious Tricolour Burfi is ready to serve.
