Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2cups...Milk powder
  2. 3/4cup...Ful cream milk
  3. 2tbsp....Cream
  4. 1/4cup..Ghee (i used desi ghee)
  5. 1/2cup....Powdered sugar, it can be lesser but not more than that
  6. 1/2tsp...Crushed cardamom
  7. Almond, pistachios for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Add ghee in a pan. Turn on the flame. Let it melt.

  2. 2

    2. When ghee melts add milk powder slowly while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.

  3. 3

    3. Now add cream, cardamom powder, sugar and mix well.

  4. 4

    4. Cook on slow heat for five minutes or until it forms into a dough like consistency and leave the sides of the pan.

  5. 5

    5. Remove from the heat and set in a greased tray or butter paper. Garnish with nuts. Leave it to set for atleast two hours then cut into desired pieces and serve.
