Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry the whole peppers well, then coat the entire surface with olive oil. I do it with my hands because it's more convenient and faster.

Place the peppers in the air fryer basket and set it for 20 minutes at 392°F (200°C). After 10-12 minutes, turn them over to roast evenly.

Carefully remove the peppers and place them in a covered container to sweat, making them easy to peel. I prefer to save all the juice they release.

Once peeled and seeded, tear them into strips with your hands and place in a container with a bit of salt, garlic powder, and a drizzle of oil. I also add the juice released during peeling because at home, they love to dip bread in this wonderful and simple delight.

Let them rest for a couple of hours to let all the flavors meld together and enjoy!!
