Podi with Curry Leaves and Garlic / Gun Powder/ Dry Chutney

I have used three types of dry chillies chillies Regular long Red Chillies, Gundu Chillies and Mathani chillies. It has become quite spicy . If you don't want much heat take out the seeds.
My previous Podi was without Garlic and curry leaves, to the same recipe I have added both the ingredients and it turned out more delicious. You should try both versions ....oh it's yummy
