  • 1cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • diced onion, to taste
  • dried herbs, to taste
  • avocado, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • salt, to taste

  1. 1

    Prepare your ingredients. I remove the seeds from the cucumber, but you can use them to make cucumber lemon water.

    Mix all the ingredients except the avocado.

    You can prepare this salad in advance. Just before serving, add the diced avocado and mix.
