In a Mixer, a jar grinds cashews and makes powder. Next sieve Kaju powder.
On a large plate combine Kaju (ground), milk powder, powdered sugar and mix well. Add 2 to 3 tbsp milk as per required and knead with your hand to make a smooth soft dough. - 2
Add ghee and knead for 3 mins.
Ghee makes the mixture smooth and also adds some shine to the kajukatli.
Divide dough into two portions. Add 2 tsp cocoa powder in one portion and mix well.
Knead both dough separately at least 3 times on a plastic sheet. - 3
Now roll both into 2 log shapes of each dough (total 4 logs). Place them one cocoa, then white log, cocoa, and lastly white log as shown.

Roll 4 logs together to form one long pipe shape. Then fold from the middle, as shown. rotate both ends of the rolling around each other.
While rolling keep dough in between the plastic sheets and then roll it as shown. - 5
Again roll to long pipe shape and fold in middle. Twist both strips around each other. Again roll together to a long pipe shape. Follow this step 2-3 times.

Lastly twist both strips around each other and make a round shape, as shown. Roll out the Kaju dough into sheets.

Cut into diamond shape by first cutting the dough vertically and then horizontally. Separate it.

Marble Kaju Katli is ready. Before serving, keep it in the refrigerator to set.
